Terms of Service
Last updated: March 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bindly ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bindly is a knowledge management platform that allows users to save, organize, search, and share knowledge. The Service is accessible via web application (bind.ly), public gateway (bind.ly), and MCP protocol (mcp.bind.ly).
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys and MCP tokens. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service ("User Content"). By making content public (via public Spaces or share links), you grant Bindly a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.
- Private content is accessible only to you and authorized Space members.
- Public content is accessible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines.
- Temporary share links provide limited-time access without search engine indexing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Spam public or open Spaces with low-quality content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Exceed reasonable rate limits or abuse API/MCP access
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
6. Immutability and Data Retention
Bindly creates immutable Versions when content is updated. Deleting a Binding removes all its Versions permanently. We do not guarantee indefinite retention of deleted data.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bindly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
